Installation Guide

Our beta builds aren't code-signed yet. Your OS will show a security prompt -- this is normal for beta software. The apps are safe.

Windows

1
Download the installer (.exe) from the product card above
2
If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info"
3
Click "Run anyway"
4
Follow the installer prompts. Done.

macOS

1
Double-click the .dmg to mount it, drag the app to Applications
2
Try to open the app — macOS will block it
3
Open System Settings > Privacy & Security
4
Scroll to Security — you'll see a message about the blocked app
5
Click "Open Anyway" and confirm — the app opens normally from now on
Why the security prompt? We're enrolling in the Apple Developer Program and Microsoft signing programs now. Future releases will be signed and notarized, so these prompts will go away.

Send Feedback

Bug reports, feature requests, or just tell us what you think. We read everything.

Privacy Policy

AudioLathe is built on a simple principle: your files are yours. Here's exactly what we collect and what we don't.

What we collect

When you sign up for the beta, we store your email address. When you download a product, we log the product name, platform (Windows/macOS), and timestamp. If you submit feedback, we store the form contents including any screenshots you attach. Basic website analytics (page views, geography, referral source) are collected via Vercel Analytics.

What we don't collect

The AudioLathe desktop apps collect nothing. No usage data, no file names, no analytics, no telemetry, no network calls. The apps work entirely offline.

How we use your email

Only for AudioLathe updates, beta invitations, and product announcements. We don't sell, share, or rent your email to anyone. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
